1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of steadfasttools.com and all related services, software, and content provided by Steadfast Codeworks ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Rudi Burger as a sole proprietor based in South Africa.
By accessing or using our website or tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Accounts
When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Software Licenses
Free tools (e.g., BotSurgeon Basic, MySQL Auto-Tuner) are provided under their respective open-source or freeware licenses as stated in each tool's README or LICENSE file.
Paid tools (e.g., BotSurgeon Pro) are licensed per-server as described on the product page. License keys are non-transferable unless your subscription tier explicitly allows it. See our Licensing Terms for full details.
4. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed through our payment partner (Lemon Squeezy). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Annual plans are billed in advance.
We offer a 14-day refund policy for new subscriptions. Lifetime licenses are non-refundable after activation. Contact support@steadfasttools.com for refund requests.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute paid software without authorisation
- Share license keys or circumvent server fingerprint verification
- Use our tools for illegal activity or to attack third-party infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
6. Limitation of Liability
Our tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use our software, including but not limited to data loss, server downtime, or security incidents.
You are solely responsible for testing tools in a staging environment before deploying to production servers.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license keys will be deactivated and access to paid tools revoked.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or site notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
